Post Birth Discussions

The midwives at Capital Region Midwives (CRM) have many years experience working with women who have had, many and varied birth experiences. At CRM we are aware that some women need to examine their birth experience, and feeling and emotions they may be experiencing about the birth their baby. Sometimes this is in relationship to a recent birth, and sometimes the impending birth of a subsequent baby can raise unresolved feelings from a previous birth.

At CRM we can offer you a safe and supportive environment to explore these feelings. Where you may require further help with these feelings, we can refer you to other health professionals or service to help you to move forward, and enjoy the next leg of your parenting journey.
